What
is Raz-Kids?
(a product of Learning A-Z)
Raz-Kids is an interactive reading tool
for students to practice reading fluency and comprehension.
This is an easy tool that your child can
use to improve reading skills in school, at home, or wherever they have access
to a computer. The best thing about Raz-Kids is that it can be accessed
as often as you want and can be used as the nightly reading that you record in
your child's planner.
Each student will have an account set up
and a letter will be sent home about
accessing the site.
The students will login using an
assigned password to get into their reading account. I am able to monitor
the students' progress and reading level. These levels are all
individually based on each child's reading level and are adjusted to reflect
their abilities.
The students can access resources
through "Reading Assignment" and individualized assigned assessments
in "Flight Check".
The “Control Panel” is where you find messages from
your teacher/parents and the “Star Zone”.
